At ELEGRP, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused
- Include the original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- A valid tracking number may be required to help us monitor the return shipment
- Express shipping is not required unless specifically requested
4. Inspection and Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm they meet our return conditions.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Complete with original packaging and included components
If the inspection shows damaged packaging, missing items, signs of use, or other conditions that make the item ineligible for return, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the return, or
- Apply a restocking fee of up to 20%
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@elegrp.com
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used EV chargers and accessories (e.g., charging cables, adapters)
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been damaged due to improper use or installation
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging
- Products that are not in their original condition, including any product that has been altered or modified
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
9. European Union & United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
