1. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $39.99
  • A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders under $39.99


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States, United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands
  • United Kingdom

We do not ship to the following regions:
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses.

5. Multiple Items in One Order

We aim to deliver all items in your order together. However, due to stock availability or logistics, items may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking updates.

6. Change of Delivery Address

  • Address changes can be made before the order is shipped
  • Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address
  • Please contact the shipping carrier or our support team at support@elegrp.com as soon as possible for assistance

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a lost or undeliverable package:

  • ELEGRP is not liable for replacement or refund
  • Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs

9. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • A tracking link will be provided once your order ships
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance
